A typical project development timeline

Month 1: Prototyping

The first month of a new AdTech or MarTech project is spent on confirming your project’s requirements, creating a user story map containing the functionalities that will be added to the initial backlog, creating your project’s product release plan and estimates, and designing an interactive prototype that visually represents your minimum viable product (MVP).

Months 2-4: Minimum Viable Product (MVP) Development

There are many definitions of what an MVP is and what should be included in one. We see MVPs as the first working version of your AdTech or MarTech platform, and therefore, should contain the most necessary set of features needed to valid the original idea and be tested by the initial users.

Months 5 onwards: Post-MVP Development

Once we’ve helped you launch your MVP, we will continue to monitor the platform and its infrastructure during the user testing phase. When the time is right, we’ll continue the development and make changes to it based on user and stakeholder feedback.
